I have used Sam and Chris at Cal Fed for years. They They found good mortgages for my home and several income properties I have purchased. They were a big help in dealing with the lenders. The new lending rules can be a little insane but they went above and beyond by dealing with the lenders and thus making the process as painless as possible.
