I struggled for over a year trying to get a refinance, working with three other mortgage brokers and running into various obstacles trying to get the deal I wanted. Finally I gave up on all of them and decided to try CalFed as one last ditch attempt when I saw an ad in the LA Times. Sam found me a deal that I liked, and he and Chris worked hard for me and, despite some more possible obstacles, got the deal pushed through for me in a timely manner. Thanks guys!
