I purchased my mortgage 1n 2002 from Sam in Cal Fed mortgage. I talked to him Twice 1- when he pre qualified me and gave me the rate 2 - was 60 days later when he had the loan already processed .He earned my seal of approval. Either He is great or I have low expectation. either case I am happy.Palos Verdes, CA
