In the beginning of 2009 we started the process of refinancing our first and moving our second into a HELOC. After an unsuccessful 4 months with a broker I had used before I went to CalFed. Sam and Chris were great and worked with us every step of the way through close of both our loans. In this really tough environment Cal Fed successfully met all our expectations and then some.
