I have done a mortgage and a refinance with Cal-Fed. Sam did an amazing job of finding a loan when no one else could and got the entire process done within two weeks. This was during the really tight credit market last year (2012). Then in June of this year he helped me with a refi and again was able to get everything done in a matter of weeks. Sam and Chris are extremely helpful and efficient and they take the time to make sure you fully understand all the terms and conditions of the loan.
