Refinance loan was professional and quick.
Cal Fed Mortgage arranged for two refinance mortgages on income properties that I own.  Sam and Chris handled the process very professionally and expeditiously.  Both loans processed with minimum problems and minimal time requirements on my part.  As a busy professional I appreciate the recognition that my time is at a premium.  The best part however is that Sam found such incredible rates for me on non owner occupied residential income properties.  The rate on this last loan was arranged by Sam while the newspaper headlines were echoing that none of the lenders were lending at good rates because of the subprime loan fiasco.  I would recommend your services.
