I had a difficult Loan, I had tried to refi with Lending Tree and Quicken Loans who only wasted my time. Even though I have more than enough money to payoff the house outright I was turned down twice. Sam understands the vagaries of the loan process and got me approved with a great rate. He was also great at shepherding me through the process. Have already recommended him to my brother. Thanks Sam!
